Return Conditions & Scope
1. Scope of Policy
o This return policy applies to all products purchased through our cross-border e-commerce platform (except for items clearly marked as "Final Sale" or special promotional items).
o Only products that meet the conditions outlined in this policy are eligible for return or exchange.
2. Return Conditions
o Products must be returned within the specified return period (for example, within 7 days of receipt).
o Items must be in their original condition—unused, unopened (or showing only minor signs of use, where applicable)—and include all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
o Returns for quality issues, transit damage, or products that differ from the online description will be accepted. Returns based on personal preferences (such as not liking the item or incorrect size) require that the product remains in perfect condition.
o Special products (e.g., customized or promotional items) may be excluded from returns; please refer to the product details for further information.
Return Process & Deadline Requirements
1. Application Process
o Customers must submit a return request via the online order portal or through our customer service channels within the return period (e.g., within 30 days of delivery). Please include your order number and a detailed explanation (photos are welcome) of the reason for return.
o After reviewing the request, our system or customer service team will notify you via email or SMS with further instructions and any important notes regarding the return process.
2. Return Procedure
o Once your return has been authorized, please ensure the item is prepared for shipment with its original packaging, tags, and all accessories intact.
o If applicable, a prepaid shipping label will be generated automatically. Print the label, affix it to your package, and ship the item using the designated courier.
3. Return Deadline
o Return requests must be initiated within the allowed period (such as 30 days from delivery); late requests may not be accepted.
o Upon receipt of the returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
Refund, Exchange Options & Fee Details
1. Refund & Exchange Options
o Customers may choose a full refund, an exchange for an equivalent product, or store credit at the time of the return request.
o For orders containing both eligible and non-eligible items, refund or exchange will be processed only for the eligible products.
2. Fee Responsibility
o If the return is due to quality issues, transit damage, or an error on our part (i.e., the product does not match the description), the seller will cover the return shipping costs.
o If the return is for personal reasons (e.g., dislike of the product, size issues), the customer will be responsible for the return shipping fees and any applicable restocking fees.
o Refunds will be processed using the original payment method once the returned product is approved, with an expected processing time of 5-7 business days.
3. Special Situations
o In cases where returned products are missing items or show significant damage, we reserve the right to deny a full or partial return/exchange.
o Please note that changes made to the return policy will not affect orders that have already been completed (for example, orders where refunds have already been processed).
